BIHIYA WARRIORS
Youth from their local area (Bihiya) joined forces to form the Bihiya Warriors. Their activities range from reforesting to educating their fellow youth. They’re on a mission to uphold their heritage and protect their natural source of life for the community; water.
MAMBACAYAO YOUTH
The young people of Mambacayao Dako have united to push for an ordinance to establish an 8 hectare Marine Protected Area on their coast. They have been busy monitoring, protecting and rehabilitating the reefs, as well as exchanging their ocean knowledge with youth from inland areas.
MAMBACAYAO DAKU
Mambacayao Dako is a tiny, tropical paradise that gravely needs protection. Thus, the GOODLand Mambacayao Daku branch was formed. This group consists of more than 50 members who are active in keeping their island free from waste and ensuring their community is united.
