The Living Archive can be likened to a living museum, where we navigate paths through the hills and experience the environment directly rather than viewing artifacts behind glass. Youth from Bihiya, serving as researchers and archivers, will guide locals through their watershed, where they grew up, through hikes, foraging, cooking, and sharing meals together. These hikes will highlight native flora and fauna, along with traditional knowledge about their uses and the historical locations of former residences and farms. Throughout the journey, sharing sessions and conversations will be fostered, teaching people about the importance of their place on Bantayan Island.
