The Bihiya Savings Circle is a community collective at Sitio 37, watershed, Barangay Atop-Atop, which functions as a collective savings club. Members attend a weekly meeting. Beyond a savings club, the collective is a space where residents share issues, ideas, and collaborate on projects and advocate for issues.

This has been set up by GOODLand and has been running for almost 2 years now for the watershed. They are also the same individuals we are collaborating with on other activities such as the Archive and Living Museum.
